Hello, you said before - "the BIOS only loads after a computer" so could that you do a boot repair to your PC then reinstalling after rebooting

The computer needs to wait 5 -60 sec on the startup before you can use RAM it will be ok the BIOS could be not even found until after 10 - 60 sec..
